Answers with evidence

Every claim is backed by the queries and checks behind it — never a black box.

Hypotheses & root cause

Give it a broad problem; it forms the theories, tests them, and finds the driver.

Proactive drift alerts

Watches the metrics that matter and warns you early, before a miss reaches the headline number.

Connects to everything

Your database, our secure warehouse, and ad platforms like Google and Meta Ads.

How billing works

Usage-based, with no surprise cut-offs.

A monthly usage budget

Every plan includes a generous monthly analysis budget, shown live in the app — never a hard wall you hit without warning.

Overage, per user

Turn overage on or off for each user, and pay only for what runs past the budget — $15 per million tokens.

Mix plans across your team

Your org doesn't need one plan. Put each person on Standard or Pro individually — whichever fits how they work.

Storage pools account-wide

Each seat includes 20 GB of warehouse storage, aggregated across the account so heavier users draw from the shared pool. Beyond it, $0.30 per GB-month.

Change anytime

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from settings. Changes take effect next cycle — no long-term contract.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us how your team works and we'll right-size seats, usage, and storage with you — no guesswork.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a free 10-day trial. Add your details, put picoask to work on your own data, and cancel anytime before the trial ends — you won't be billed until day 10.
What counts as “usage”?
Usage reflects the analysis picoask runs on your behalf — planning queries, running SQL, testing hypotheses, and composing reports, measured in tokens. Bigger, more complex questions use more; a quick lookup uses very little.
What happens when I reach my monthly budget?
picoask warns you as you approach it. With overage enabled you keep going seamlessly and pay only for the extra — $15 per million tokens. Without it, analysis pauses until your next cycle; nothing is lost.
Can I mix plans across my team?
Yes. Put each person on Standard or Pro individually. Overage is set per user, and warehouse storage is pooled at the account level, so heavier users simply draw from the shared space.
How does storage & data warehousing work?
Each seat includes 20 GB in picoask's secure warehouse, so you can bring multiple sources together in one place. Storage is pooled across your account; beyond the pool it's $0.30 per GB-month.
What's a scheduled analysis?
Found an analysis you rely on? Have picoask re-run it automatically on a set cadence — say a monthly revenue forecast delivered on the 15th. Because the groundwork is already done, each re-run uses far fewer tokens than the first.
Is my data used to train models?
No. We don't sell your data or use your connected data to train foundation models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
