All picoask connectors are read-only. picoask reads reporting data and never writes to, creates or manages anything in a connected account.

1What it will do

picoask is building a read-only LiveChat connector. Your support/chat data, synced into a warehouse belonging to your account, joined to your ads, your store and your own database — and queryable in plain English, the way every picoask source works.

Until it ships, one-off LiveChat exports can already be analysed today via the file upload and Google Sheets connectors.
