Connect Superleap
1Find your workspace domain
- For most orgs this is simply
app.superleap.com— the address you sign in at. - Some orgs have their own Superleap domain (e.g.
yourcompany.superleap.com). If your sign-in address is notapp.superleap.com, use yours. - Pasting the full URL from the address bar works too — picoask keeps just the host.
2Generate an API key
- In Superleap, open Settings → API Access.
- Generate a new API key. Create a dedicated key for picoask rather than reusing one — a dedicated key can be revoked on its own without breaking anything else.
- Copy the key straight into picoask.
picoask only ever reads from Superleap. Nothing it does can change your CRM data.
3Connect in picoask
In your project's Integrations tab, choose Superleap → Connect and fill in:
- Workspace domain — from step 1.
- API key — from step 2.
picoask verifies the key against Superleap's own credential check the moment the connector starts provisioning, so a mistyped key is reported immediately rather than showing up later as missing data. The key is stored encrypted and used only by the sync worker.
4What gets synced
- Leads — every enquiry with its stage, status, source and owning agent, dated to the day it was created.
- Opportunities — pipeline value, stage and close date, joined back to the lead they came from.
- Call logs — every logged call with direction, duration, outcome, and the recording and transcript when your telephony provides them.
- Team — your agents/counselors, so everything above can be broken down per person.
Your funnel vocabulary is yours: picoask lands stages, statuses and sources exactly as your org named them in Superleap, rather than forcing them into someone else's pipeline model. The first import pulls your full history; after that picoask checks for changes every few hours, and anything edited in Superleap — a lead advancing, a call gaining a transcript — updates in place.
5Troubleshooting
- API key rejected — the key was copied incompletely or has been revoked. Generate a fresh one under Settings → API Access and reconnect.
- Workspace domain refused — the value must be a hostname (like
app.superleap.com), not an email address or an org name. - Opportunities are empty — orgs that work leads without a deal pipeline simply have no opportunity records; the rest of the sync is unaffected.
- Calls don't join to leads — some telephony setups log calls without a lead link. picoask keeps the phone numbers on each call so they can still be matched to leads by number.
